Imposter Syndrome is a psychological pattern where individuals doubt their accomplishments and have a persistent fear of being exposed as a “fraud,” despite clear evidence of their success or competence. People experiencing it often feel they don’t deserve their achievements and attribute their success to luck, timing, or deceiving others into thinking they’re smarter or more capable than they believe themselves to be.
