Sara Bradford:

Sara Bradford is an autistic woman and a passionate advocate.

She is the founder of SJ Childs Global Network Non-Profit, an organization that positively impacts the lives of many families.

Sara is also the CEO of SJ Childs LLC, an autism consulting business that provides support to families. As a member of the Autism Council of Utah, Sara remains actively involved in the autism community.

Sara’s husband and two children are also autistic, which has given her a unique perspective and better understanding of the challenges faced by families with autism. She is a global speaker on autism and the host of The SJ Childs Show Podcast, where she provides valuable education and resources to families.

Sara continues to strengthen her community by partnering with local universities and hospitals for autism programs, training police and corporate organizations on autism, and conducting after-school program trainings.

She has also authored children’s books under the pen name SJ Childs, covering subjects such as autism, dyslexia, physical differences, anxiety, and more. These books help children understand themselves and support their peers with neurodiverse needs, promoting love and inclusion in every situation.

Deanna Brakefield: My Story

This community holds a special place in my heart because of the make up of my family. Finding the right resources for our family has been a constant challenge. From practices taught to the providers themselves to insurance and scarcity of services and IEP’s.  We have fought the good fight, like many of you.

That’s why I launched Neurodivergent News—a resource for those who help, support, or are neurodivergent. In an age where people are searching for resources online and on the radio it has never been easier to bring together communities.
